General Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions are governed, and shall be interpreted, in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. UK Embroidery is committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell, share or otherwise distribute customer details to any third parties. UK Embroidery accepts payments by credit/debit cards through WorldPay one of the world’s largest credit card processing companies. We do not store any credit card details on our database. Any data stored is kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. UK Embroidery reserves the right to refuse to reproduce any artwork that it believes may infringe copyright legislation. UK Embroidery reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of its products and services. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
Prices and Delivery All prices are quoted in £ Sterling. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, JCB, Electron. Once you have completed your order you are automatically transferred to the WorldPay secure server. All prices are exclusive of carriage. Carriage costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering and you will be given the total price of the transaction before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs. After placing an order you will receive confirmation of your purchase by e-mail. Provided the items are in stock delivery will normally be within 7 days. If items are to be embroidered delivery will normally be within 14 days. If an order is required urgently we will try to meet your deadline. We will notify you if an item is out of stock and a substitute item or a refund will be offered. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or carrier depending on carton weight.
Returns Policy We make every effort to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your goods when they arrive contact us by e-mail within 2 days of receipt of the goods and we will e-mail you an authorisation code for their return. On receipt of this code goods in their original condition and packaging should be returned to us in within 7 days. Goods returned after 7 days will incur a 25% restocking charge. No refunds will be given after 21 days and no refunds will be given for returned goods that have been damaged by the customer, worn or washed. The customer is responsible for making sure the returned goods reach us safely and in original condition and we strongly recommend that you return goods by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Refunds will be authorised on the return of goods to our warehouse. Please allow 28 days for credit/debit card refunds to be processed and credited to your account. Carriage costs are not reimbursed unless the goods are damaged, faulty or were sent in error.
PLEASE NOTE: EMBROIDERED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY This does not affect your statutory rights.
Embroidery on Customer’s own Garments
We are quite happy to embroider customer’s own garments, with the exception of baseball caps, but please note that UK Embroidery can take no responsibility if, in the rare event, a garment is damaged by one of our embroidery machines. The customer should ensure that when sending garments to us for embroidery sufficient postage has been paid otherwise the package will not be accepted. UK Embroidery takes no responsibility for packages not received therefore the customer should ensure that the garments are sufficiently insured. All carriage costs for the return of the garments will be borne by the customer. Please contact us for a quote.
